No, and it is important to be clear about that. Elythia Maternity is designed to complement your NHS antenatal care, not substitute it. Everything inside is educational and supportive. Your registered midwife remains your primary clinical contact throughout your pregnancy.

All live sessions are recorded and added to the library, usually within 24 hours. You do not need to attend live to get the full value — though attending means you can bring your own questions in real time, which many members find particularly useful.

Not at all. The 5 Cs framework works at any stage of pregnancy. Many women join in the final weeks and find it transforms how they feel going into labour. Every week of preparation matters, whatever trimester you are in.
