Elythia Maternity is operated by Elythia Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company Registration No: 13145106). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this platform. Our registered office is at 16 The Hawthorns, Ossett, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF5 0BH. Our director is Emanuela Rajakrishnen (known as Emma Rajakrishnen).
Content is currently created and delivered by Emanuela Rajakrishnen. In future, Elythia Limited may engage additional team members, employees, contractors, or guest contributors in various capacities, including administrative support and content delivery. Where this is the case, those individuals will act under the direction of Elythia Limited and any processing of your personal data by them will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.

2. What Data We Collect
2.1 Data you provide directly
- Full name and email address (at registration)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe – we do not store or have access to your full card details)
- Any information you voluntarily share in correspondence, consultation sessions, or community groups

- Usage data (pages visited, content accessed, login activity, session duration)
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, operating system) collected by Kajabi
- Cookie data – see Section 9
2.3 Data collected via WhatsApp
If you choose to join our optional WhatsApp community group, your phone number and any content you share in that group will be subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd). We use this group for community communication only and do not transfer WhatsApp data to any other platform or system.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your membership account
- To process payments and manage billing via Stripe
- To deliver membership services, including access to content, live sessions, and resources
- To send administrative communications, including booking confirmations, service updates, and policy changes
- To send marketing communications about new content, sessions, and products (where you have consented)

- To improve our platform, services, and content based on usage patterns

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:
- Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): to perform our membership agreement with you, including account management, service delivery, and billing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the following trusted third-party service providers, who are contractually required to handle your data securely and in compliance with applicable data protection law:
- Kajabi LLC – platform hosting, content delivery, and email communications
- Stripe Inc – payment processing
We will not share your data with any other third party without your explicit consent, except where required to do so by law or court order.
6. International Data Transfers
Kajabi and Stripe are US-based companies. Where your data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements, including reliance on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent transfer mechanisms approved by the ICO. 7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your membership is active and for a period thereafter as necessary for legitimate business and legal purposes. Specifically:
- Account data: retained for the duration of your membership and for up to 2 years following cancellation
- Payment and financial records: retained for 6 years in accordance with HMRC requirements
- Correspondence: retained for up to 2 years following the last contact
We will securely delete or anonymise your personal data when it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected.
